When a christmas club is started an automated email is sent out explaining how it works and what it is.
Every christmas club item will require a 20% deposit that is NONE REFUNDABLE
The following 80% will be paid over 3 scheduled payments.
The payments will be 25%, 25% and a final 30%.
Once the final payment has been processed, then and only then will the items be sent out to the customer (you).
If at any point the customer (you) desires to cancel their order on christmas club they will receive a refund of what ever balance they have paid off. This does NOT include the initial 20% deposit.
