We offer a unique service (‘’Christmas Club’’) that allows customers to pay into a club account, and to reserve items for Christmas and pay off the balance in instalments. Once the Christmas Club opens to customers, they will receive an automated email explaining what our service offers and how our service works.
BY USING OUR CHRISTMAS CLUB SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS
1.1. Every reserved Christmas Club item will require a 20% deposit.
1.2. The remaining 80% will be paid over 3 scheduled instalments:
1.3. Only when the final payment has been processed, will the items be delivered to the customer.
1.4. To receive items in time for Christmas Day, the customer must:
1.5. For delivery – pay off the total balance of their order before the last 3 days prior to the last delivery date of Royal Mail ; or
1.6. If collection from store – pay off the total balance of their order before the 22nd December.
2.1. The customer may cancel an order made through our Christmas Club service, within 14 days of placing the order.
2.2. If the customer cancels an order after the 14 day period, then the customer will be charged a cancellation fee which will be equivalent to 20% of the total order.
2.3. If at any point, the customer wishes to cancel an order made through our Christmas Club service, the customer will receive a refund of payments already made towards the total balance, less the cancellation fee of 20%
2.4. In order to join our Christmas Club you must agree to the terms above.
